We do our best to display our products, colours, materials and details as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product availability may change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution or refund.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please make sure the information you provide, including your name, delivery address and email address, is complete and correct.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or when a product is unexpectedly unavailable. If payment has already been made, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout and depend on the delivery destination.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Orders must be paid using one of the available payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery

Personalized Products

Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Once production of a personalized or custom-made product has started, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel the order.
